of friends increases the likelihood that you’ll keep exercising.

With this in mind the W.A.L.K. in the Woods Fitness Challenge

participants are encouraged to form teams with family members,

friends, co-workers, church members, class rooms, and through

other organizations and compete against teams.

The benefits of joining WNTW Fitness Challenge, include preventing diseases that can be

caused by:

High Blood Pressure,  Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Heart Disease

About the W.A.L.K. in the Woods Fitness Challenge:

The fitness challenge encourages everyone in our community to get fit and healthy by

doing more physical activity, eating more fruits and veggies, limiting recreational

screen time, cutting back on sugar, and limiting alcohol and tobacco usage. The challenge is

designed so that you may reach your own attainable goal. You may earn a point in all

areas each day or just choose to work on improving a couple of areas at a time.

To get involved in our Fitness Challenge, call Aimee at 258-3252, Ext. 6720.
